Nickel 200/201 bright soft wires

Features:
Pure nickel wire is a filament-like material made of nickel with a purity of 99.0% or more. It has good corrosion resistance, electrothermal properties and electrical conductivity, and is widely used in electronics, chemical industry, petroleum, aerospace and other fields. The preparation methods of pure nickel wire include smelting, forging,wire drawing, and annealing etc. First, the pure nickel material is smelted to obtain a nickel billet with high purity. Then, the nickel billet is forged into a nickel rod, which is then drawn by a wire drawing machine and gradually tapered into the desired filament. Finally, through annealing treatment, the pure nickel wire has good mechanical and electrical properties.
Pure nickel wire has a wide range of applications in various fields. In the chemical industry, it can be used to make corrosion-resistant equipment and lining of chemical reactors. In the petroleum industry, pure nickel wire is used in the manufacture of oil drilling tools and well casing. In the aerospace sector, pure nickel wire is used to make high-temperature components for aero engines and structural materials for spacecraft.
