Advantages:
Cr30Ni70 is an austenitic nickel-chromium alloy (NiCr alloy) for use at temperatures up to 1250°C. The alloy is characterized by high resistivity and good oxidation resistance. It has good ductility after use and excellent weldability. It is used in electrical heating elements in industrial furnaces. The alloy is particularly well suited for reducing atmospheres.

The above parameters are based on Chinese National Standard GB/T1234-2012. The tolerance of resistance per meter: 0.03-0.06mm is ±10%; 0.07-0.12mm is ±8%; 0.13-0.17mm is ±7%; 0.18-0.32mm is ±6%; A wire diameter above 0.32mm is ±5%. We provide nickel-chromium alloy products in various shapes, such as wires, ribbons, and rods. Other alloys like Cr20Ni80, Cr15Ni60 and Cr20Ni35/Cr20Ni30 are also available upon request.
