Features:
Cr20Ni35/Cr20Ni30 is a high-temperature nickel chromium alloy mainly composed of chromium (Cr) and nickel (Ni). The alloy is characterized by high resistivity and good oxidation resistance. It has good ductility after use and excellent weldability. The melting point of Cr20Ni35/Cr20Ni30 is as high as 1390ºC, the working temperature can reach 1100ºC, and the short-term tolerance temperature can reach 1250ºC.

Advantages:
At high temperatures, Cr20Ni35/Cr20Ni30 can maintain stable mechanical properties, and their antioxidant performance is stable below 1000ºC. The corrosion rate is extremely low in strong acid, strong alkali, and reducing atmospheres, such as in 5% sulfuric acid where the corrosion rate is significantly lower than that of stainless steel. Typical applications for Cr20Ni35/Cr20Ni30 are night-storage heaters, convection heaters, heavy duty rheostats and fan heaters. Both alloys are also used for heating cables and rope heaters in defrosting and de-icing elements, electric blankets and pads, car seats, baseboard heaters and floor heaters, resistors.

The above parameters are based on Chinese National Standard GB/T1234-2012. The tolerance of resistance per meter: 0.03-0.06mm is ±10%; 0.07-0.12mm is ±8%; 0.13-0.17mm is ±7%; 0.18-0.32mm is ±6%; A wire diameter above 0.32mm is ±5%.
