About Heating Strips
Our heating resistance strips are wider and thicker than flat wires, designed for heavy-duty industrial heating element manufacturing. The wider cross-section allows for lower-resistance elements that can handle higher power loads, making them ideal for large-scale industrial furnaces, kilns, and commercial heating systems.
Available in NiCr (nickel-chromium) and FeCrAl (iron-chromium-aluminum) alloy families. Standard dimensions cover width 5.0–300mm and thickness 0.05–4.0mm. Custom slit widths and lengths available to match your production requirements.
Each strip is precision rolled with tight thickness and width tolerances, clean surface finish, and consistent alloy composition throughout the cross-section.
